Ropes & Gray Represents Sycamore Partners and The Goddard School in Whole Business Securitization Offering

Ropes & Gray advised Sycamore Partners and its portfolio company The Goddard School, a leading franchisor of premium early childhood education centers across the United States, in its latest $210 million whole-business securitization bond offering backed by Goddard's franchise and brand assets. The add-on bond offering closed on July 19 and included both term ABS and variable funding notes. With this most recent issuance, Ropes & Gray has advised Goddard in connection with the offering of nearly $700 million in notes under its WBS framework.
