Ropes & Gray advised Audax Private Equity and Chartis, a leading healthcare advisory firm, in a definitive agreement to receive a majority investment from funds managed by Blackstone. This strategic investment will support Chartis’ continued growth in healthcare transformation. The deal was announced in a Aug. 14 press release.
Based in Boston and San Francisco, Audax Private Equity is a leading middle market investment firm with approximately $19 billion of assets under management. Chartis serves more than 900 clients annually to develop and activate transformative strategies in healthcare.
The team included private equity partners Adam Leamon and Ken Chow and tax partner Scott Pinarchick.
