Ropes & Gray acted as legal advisor to EQT Private Capital Asia on its agreement to acquire PropertyGuru Group Limited, for USD $1.1 Billion. The transaction was announced in an Aug. 16 press release. It is expected to close in Q4 2024 or Q1 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by PropertyGuru’s shareholders and receipt of regulatory approvals.
