Global law firm Ropes & Gray has appointed Dima Orendarets as a real estate finance counsel in its London Private Equity Real Estate practice.

Dima’s expertise includes advising both lenders and sponsors on a variety of high-profile real estate finance transactions, including investment and development deals, senior/mezzanine financings, and loan-on-loan financings. He also advises both financiers and originators on real estate related structured deals, including private CMBS transactions and warehousing transactions. Dima is a leading real estate finance lawyer who has been recognised by the Legal 500 UK for the last two years.

Dima joins one of the world’s leading private capital law firms and a preeminent private equity real estate practice. The London team advises real estate private equity sponsors, debt funds, distressed and special situations credit funds and other investors on significant UK and European real estate investment and finance transactions.
