Dragoneer Investment Group Partners with KKR in Acquisition of Instructure Holdings

Ropes & Gray represented Dragoneer Investment Group in connection with the acquisition of leading learning ecosystem, Instructure Holdings, Inc., by funds managed by KKR. The transaction is valued at $23.60 per share, or $4.8 billion. The completed transaction was announced in a Nov. 13 press release.

KKR is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management as well as capital markets and insurance solutions.
