Ropes & Gray represented Haveli Investments in its strategic majority investment in AppViewX, a leader in automated certificate lifecycle management (CLM) and public key infrastructure (PKI) solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was announced in a Nov. 21 press release.
Haveli Investments is an Austin, Texas based private equity firm that invest in the highest quality companies in the technology sector through control, minority or structured equity and debt investments with a focus on software, data, gaming and adjacent industries.
