Ropes & Gray represented New 2ND Capital in the close of its third GP-led secondaries program, valued at over $875 million including co-investment vehicles, exceeding the fundraising target. The announcement was made in a Nov. 7 press release.
New 2ND Capital is a private equity firm investing in middle market companies in the US through GP-led secondaries transactions, including continuation funds, fund restructurings and spin outs.
This team included asset management partners Arthur Andersen, Marc Biamonte, Eve Ellis and Nicole Krea, and tax partner Dan Kolb.
