Ropes & Gray Expands Presence in New York with New Office Lease

Global law firm Ropes & Gray has signed a new lease with RXR for larger office space in midtown Manhattan, marking a further step in the firm’s substantial growth in New York. The firm will relocate in 2028 within its same midtown neighborhood to new offices at 1285 Avenue of the Americas.

The 20-year lease provides Ropes & Gray with more than 535,000 square feet of office space when factoring in expansion options. The firm’s new office space will provide a state-of-the-art environment designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and connectivity with clients.
