Ropes & Gray represented GCM in the acquisition of certain assets from Precision Swiss Products, a leading provider of technical machining solutions. The transaction was announced in a Jan. 7 press release.
GCM is a preferred supplier of complex manufacturing services to leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in medical and aerospace markets. GCM offers precision machining, fabrication and integration services as core service solutions.
