Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity, a capital partner to middle market companies, in its majority stake investment in Lanter Delivery Systems. Lanter provides overnight, unattended delivery of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts to automotive, agricultural, and heavy truck dealerships, and to other businesses with distributed facility footprints. The announcement was made in a March 31 press release. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The team included private equity partner Ken Chow, finance partners Greg Bauer and Mike Lee, executive compensation & employee benefits partner Jennifer Rikoski Whitney, employment partner Megan Bisk, tax partner Pam Glazier, litigation & enforcement partner Thomas Brown, and IP transactions partners Emily Karlberg.
