Ropes & Gray advised General Atlantic in a significant growth investment in U.S. Urology Partners. The transaction was announced in a April 9 press release. Deal terms were not disclosed.

U.S. Urology Partners currently supports five affiliated groups comprising over 180 urology providers across practices located in Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, New York, and Ohio.
