Financial Times Innovative Lawyers named Ropes & Gray a finalist in three categories at its annual awards. In the “transformational deals” category, the firm received honors for is groundbreaking work in life sciences licensing, and the publication recognized the work of life sciences partner Hannah England (Freeman), who focuses her practice on these deals. Few firms have handled as many life sciences licensing transactions in 2020 and 2021 as Ropes & Gray, leading the firm to garner consistent industry recognition.
The firm’s Enforcement Express tool, an interactive “Guided Tour of Global Risk” helps clients keep track of quickly changing anticorruption developments, and it received honors in Financial Times’ Innovation in Digital Legal Practice category. Financial Times also honored Ropes & Gray’s 600-lawyer Women’s Forum as one of the most innovative diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
