Business restructuring partner Cristine Pirro Schwarzman was named to Global Restructuring Review’s 40 Under 40 list for 2022, highlighting the work of rising stars in restructuring and insolvency, aged under 40.
The list compiled by London-based GRR, includes attorneys, solicitors and barristers as well as restructuring and insolvency specialists on the non-legal advisory side and at lenders and investors in addition to academics, judges and in-house counsel.
GGR recognized Cristine for her work on a series of cross-border restructurings, Centric Brands, owner or licensor of more than 100 brands including Calvin Klein, Cole Haan, Kate Spade, Nautica and Tommy Hilfiger, VIP Cinema Holdings, the luxury movie theater seating manufacturer, and Aegean Marine Petroleum Network, the international marine fuel logistics company.
Cristine was also cited for her involvement in the Ropes & Gray’s Women’s Forum as well as the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (WIRC), where she is an active member and formerly served on its board of directors.
