Ropes & Gray Tops Law.com’s Inaugural UK A-List 2022

Ropes & Gray has been named the UK’s best law firm to work for, having topped Law.com’s inaugural UK A-List 2022.  The award follows Ropes & Gray’s number one ranking in Law.com’s U.S. A-List earlier this year, as well as being named The American Lawyer’s Law Firm of the Year 2022.

The A-list is one of the legal industry’s most prestigious honours, not just because it is granted to just 20 firms annually, but because it is based on economic as well cultural factors: financial performance, pro bono commitment and racial and gender diversity. Earning a top spot shows that a firm excels in its commitment to its clients, lawyers and communities. According to the ranking, Ropes & Gray “achieved a perfect score on its revenue per lawyer metric, as well as the highest score of the table on gender diversity”.
