The ranking highlights individuals including IP litigation senior counsel Peter Brody, who heads Ropes & Gray’s Trademark, Copyright, False Advertising and Trade Secret practice, IP litigation partner and trade secrets specialist David Chun, and IP litigation counsel Evan Gourvitz, who achieved a positive settlement in trade secrets litigation for portfolio company Exactech and its subsidiary XpandOrtho.
