Ropes & Gray landed the third-largest number of deals, 68, among company legal advisors for M&A transactions in the first quarter of 2025 according to Dealogic’s league tables published April 2.
Ropes & Gray was ranked sixth for aggregate deal value at $56 billion in the “Global M&A Volume by Legal Advisor to Company” ranking, marking the biggest year-on-year increase of any law firm, according to The American Lawyer.
