Private equity partner Minh-Chau Le has been named one of The Deal’s “Top 21 New M&A Law Partners” and profiled in the Q1 issue of The Dealmaker Quarterly. The list honors the most promising M&A rising stars of 2019.
Ms. Le has been recognized for her work on behalf of the Bain Capital-led consortium in its $18 billion buyout of Toshiba’s memory chip business, Altamont Capital Partners in its majority investment in Sequel Youth and Family Services, and TPG Capital in its acquisition of Mediware Information Systems Inc.
