Ropes & Gray advised Arsenal Capital Partners in its acquisition of Hopebridge, LLC, a provider of behavioral health services for children affected by autism spectrum disorder. The transaction was announced on May 6.
Hopebridge, founded in 2005, provides personalized, comprehensive outpatient applied behavior analysis, occupational, speech, and feeding therapies for children with autism spectrum disorder or who are affected by other behavioral, physical, social, communication, and sensory challenges.
