Ropes & Gray advised Access Information Management, a portfolio company of Berkshire Partners and GI Partners, in connection with its acquisition of the US records and information management business of EDM Americas from EDM Americas. Access’ comprehensive suite of information governance services includes records storage and information management in hard copy and digital formats as well as data protection, secure destruction, scanning and digital document conversion and data breach reporting services.
The Ropes & Gray team advising Access Information Management was led by private equity and corporate associate Brandon Winer, and included private equity partner Taylor Hart (both of Boston).
