The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce has formed an Amicus Advisory Board to file amicus briefs on its behalf. The newly formed Board will identify opportunities for the Chamber to submit or join amicus curiae briefs to appellate courts, guide its arguments, and manage the drafting and approval of briefs, with a focus on cases with significant impact on the state’s economy. The Chamber has also announced that partner Dan O’Connor will serve as a member of the Advisory Board, which is comprised of expert attorneys from around Massachusetts.
