Ropes & Gray Advises Shoreline Equity Partners On Closing Of Shoreline Equity Partners Fund II

Ropes & Gray advised Shoreline Equity Partners, LLC on the closing of its second private equity fund, Shoreline Equity Partners Fund II. The fund received support from existing investors, significant commitments from the Firm's executive network and strong interest from new investors, closing at $450 million, exceeding its initial target of $400 million. The closure was announced Jan. 10 in a press release.

Shoreline is a purpose-driven lower middle market private equity firm focused on actively partnering with leading management teams, and has over $750 million of committed capital under management.

The Ropes & Gray team that represented Shoreline Equity Partners, LLC was led by asset management partner Yoni Levy, and included asset management partner Peter Laybourn and tax partner Adam Greenwood.
