Ropes & Gray Advises Berkshire Partners in Investment in Point Broadband

Ropes & Gray advised Berkshire Partners in its investment in Point Broadband, a provider of fiber-based broadband solutions to small town USA and rural America, to join GTCR, an existing investor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
