Ropes & Gray represented Harvest Partners and its portfolio company Lazer Logistics in an agreement to sell Lazer Logistics to EQT Infrastructure VI fund. Lazer, founded in 1996 and headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, provides outsourced yard management and facility logistics services in the United States and Canada. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made in a press release on March 29.
