Ropes & Gray advised New Mountain Capital in its agreement to acquire Apixio, Inc. from Centene Corporation. New Mountain Capital is a growth-oriented investment firm with more than $37 billion in assets under management, and Apixio is a leading artificial intelligence platform that enables value-based care. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on May 3 in a press release.
