Health Care Co-Chair Named to National Law Journal’s 2019 Health Care Trailblazers List

Health care partner and practice co-chair Deborah Gersh was named to the National Law Journal's 2019 “Health Care Trailblazers” list. The inaugural category list recognizes "agents of change" in the legal industry who have made an impact on the health care sector through new strategies or innovation. Ms. Gersh and the other honorees are profiled in a May 1 special National Law Journal issue.

Ms. Gersh was recognized by the National Law Journal as a leader in health care privacy and value-based health care. She has advised clients in pioneering transactions and joint ventures, critical regulatory challenges, as well as business models designed to foster the expansion by medical device, payor and pharmaceutical companies beyond their traditional market into the health provider space.
