George joined Ropes & Gray’s asset management group in 2024. George graduated with a JD and a Business Law Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2024. He also spent the 2023-2024 school year studying at Harvard Law School as part of the Berkeley-Harvard Exchange Program. At Berkeley Law, George served as social media editor of the Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law, public relations chair of the Law Students of African Descent (LSAD), and law school representative of the Berkeley Graduate Assembly, as well as competed on the Cal NCAA Division I men’s soccer team during the 2022 season as a graduate student.
Prior to law school, George graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s in public relations and a minor in journalism in 2021. He was captain of Boston University’s NCAA Division I men’s soccer team and a recipient of the John B. Simpson Athletic Department Award for enthusiastic senior leadership.
