J.R. Ames represents private equity sponsors in their fundraising matters and management company and general partner arrangements. J.R.’s fundraising experience spans venture capital funds, buyout funds, funds of funds and credit funds. He also has deep experience with continuation funds, co-investment arrangements and funds of one. In addition to his sponsor-side practice, J.R. represents institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds.
