Kwame’s background and experience spans general banking, international acquisitions, leveraged finance, alternative credit as well as asset-based lending transactions. Kwame has acted for international corporate borrowers and financial institutions, private equity sponsors, private credit lenders and family offices on a range of debt capital structures in the European mid-cap and large-cap markets.
