- Advised National Amusements in the proposed sale of control of Paramount Global to affiliates of Skydance Media for $2.4 billion.
- Advised Becton Dickinson on its $4.2 billion acquisition of Edwards Lifesciences’ Critical Care business.
- Advised Haveli Investments on its acquisition of ZeroFox Holdings, Inc. in a transaction with an enterprise value of approximately $350 million.
