Alexis Berglund joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2019.

During law school, Alexis was a senior editor for the Boston College Law Review. Prior to law school, Alexis received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Advised EQT Private Equity on its agreement to acquire Avetta, a global leader in supply chain risk management software.

  • Represented Advent International Corp. in a definitive agreement to acquire Nielsen Global Connect, a unit of Nielsen Holdings plc., for $2.7 billion.
  • Advised CIRCOR International in a take-private sale to global investment firm KKR in a cash transaction valued at approximately $1.6 billion including debt.
  • Advised Bain Capital Double Impact in the sale of TeachTown, a leading provider of special education solutions for students with moderate to severe learning challenges, to L Squared Capital Partners.
  • Advised TA Associates in its acquisition of the Associations and Non-Profit Businesses of Community Brands, a provider of cloud-based business operations software and payment solutions for mission-driven organizations.
  • Advised Real Chemistry, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, in the acquisition of TI Health, a data-driven marketing and predictive analytics company.
  • Advised Kanders & Company in its definitive agreement to acquire and combine certain antenna and test equipment businesses from L3Harris Technologies for $200 million.
  • Advised Provention Bio, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to intercepting and preventing immune-mediated diseases, in a sales agreement to global healthcare company Sanofi for $25.00 per share in cash, representing an equity value of approximately $2.9 billion.
  • Advised Audax Private Equity in its sale of CorEvitas, LLC, a provider of regulatory-grade, real-world evidence for approved medical treatments and therapies to Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. for $912.5 million in cash.
