Jasmine Davis joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022. Jasmine advises clients on matters relating to intellectual property and technology, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. While at Howard University School of Law, Jasmine served as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property Trademark Clinic, where she assisted small businesses with trademark registration. Prior to law school, Jasmine worked at a special education law firm in Washington, D.C.

  • Represented W2O Group, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, in the add-on acquisitions of Swoop.com and IPM.ai, businesses that use machine learning, artificial intelligence and real-world data to serve clients in the health care and life sciences industries.
  • Represented Advent International in a $2.5 billion minority investment (alongside ADIA, the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund) in Fisher Investments, one of the world’s leading wealth management firms.
  • Represented HIG Capital in its acquisition of CHA Consulting, an engineering consulting and construction management firm, from First Reserve.
