Jessica DeLalio is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s life sciences group. Jessica’s practice focuses on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues faced by public and private companies in the life sciences and health care industries, including pharmaceutical and medical device companies regulated under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the Public Health Service Act. Jessica regularly provides regulatory counsel on issues involving promotional compliance matters, regulatory risk management, product development, and marketing approval. Jessica has also advised companies in the life sciences and biotechnology industries in corporate transactions involving intellectual property matters, including license and collaboration agreements, material transfer agreements and securitizations.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Jessica served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Jessica attended the University of Virginia School of Law where she served on the Articles Review Board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. Jessica was also a member of Virginia Law Women and the Virginia Society of Law and Technology. Prior to law school, Jessica completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame and her graduate studies at Columbia University in biotechnology.
