Dian joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2023 and practices primarily in the asset management group.
During law school, Dian served as an articles editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Dian was also a finalist of and co-directed the Halloum negotiations contests.
