Adwoa is an associate in the corporate department, where she has worked on a broad variety of commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions, advising clients on intellectual property and technology matters relating to strategic transactions, technology licensing, and other commercial transactions. Adwoa also advises clients on corporate governance matters, including venture financing and ongoing corporate matters for emerging companies and various corporate social responsibility matters.
During law school, Adwoa served as a staff editor for the NYU Law Journal of Law and Business, and represented nonprofit organizations in the NYU Law Business Transactions Clinic. She also served as a judicial intern in the chambers of Judge Margo E. Brodie at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to law school, Adwoa worked as a consultant at a financial and economic consulting firm.
