Daniel Hinckley is a law clerk in Ropes & Gray's health care group. At the UCLA School of Law he was actively involved in the Disability Law Journal, Health Law Society, and Moot Court. Daniel gained experience working with the San Francisco Public Defenders Office and the Cancer Legal Research Center.
Prior to law school, Daniel studied at the University of Oregon with a concentration in history and public health. He graduated with departmental honors after defending his thesis, “Reinforcing Dignity: The Goals of Clinic Organizers at The Fred Hampton Memorial People’s Health Clinic.”
