Natasha Harris joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2023. Natasha’s work includes mergers and acquisitions, transaction financing, liability management and capital solutions.
Prior to law school, Natasha served as a compliance officer covering various securities trading businesses, where she honed her ability to analyze intricate transactions and devise strategic solutions. Beyond her advisory responsibilities, Natasha was recognized for her role in designing and implementing effective training programs, underscoring her commitment to not only resolving legal challenges, but also empowering clients with knowledge and foresight.
