Candice is an associate in the asset management group based in London. Candice advises private investment fund sponsors across a range of asset classes on the structuring, negotiation and operation of private investment funds, as well as related carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Candice is also experienced in the secondaries space, representing fund sponsors and institutional clients on secondary transactions and other liquidity solutions.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in 2024, Candice was an associate in the London investment funds practice of another U.S. law firm and was seconded to Resolution Life’s legal team.
