London-based analyst Kristina Kazerani joined Ropes & Gray as a paralegal in 2023 after seven years serving as an officer in the Metropolitan Police. Kristina combines her policing experience and aptitude for identifying and mitigating risk with a keen interest in human behaviour. Having earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in sociology, Kristina has always sought to understand why people do the things they do, and how people fit into the structures in which they live and work.
Within the R&G Insights Lab, Kristina leverages her curiosity and skills to support clients’ compliance needs through monitoring, culture reviews, investigations, and more.
