Tristan Lim is an associate in the litigation and enforcement practice group in the San Francisco office. Tristan's practice focuses on civil commercial litigation and government and internal investigations. His practice spans several subject-matter areas including False Claims Act, anti-kickback laws, class-action litigation, antitrust, federal securities laws, employment discrimination, California consumer protection litigation, federal civil rights, and bankruptcy.
Prior to joining the firm, Tristan clerked at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. He also externed at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Tristan is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. He served as an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. His pro bono practice has included federal civil rights litigation, federal habeas corpus litigation, and immigration.
