Jessica Murray is a partner in the firm's private equity transactions group in the New York office. Jessica represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of complex business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, carve-outs, minority investments and joint ventures. She regularly advises clients on corporate governance and management equity matters, restructurings, leveraged recapitalizations, securities law matters and other general corporate matters. Jessica has experience counseling clients in a variety of industries including financial services, infrastructure, business services, software, asset management and consumer products.
