Kennedy Myers joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2023.
During law school, Kennedy served as notes editor of the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. Kennedy was also a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Clinic, co-chair of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA), and research assistant for Chancellor’s Professor Michele Goodwin.

- Represented the underwriters in connection with Bicara Therapeutics Inc.’s $315 million initial public offering.
