Erin Nunes joined Ropes & Gray in the New York office in 2022 and practices in the corporate department.
While at New York University School of Law, Erin interned with the Brennan Center for Justice as part of its public advocacy clinic. Erin spent a semester in Paris, France, as a part of NYU’s Law Abroad Program, where she studied at Sciences Po and interned with the Law Society of England and Wales as part of a clinic on European public interest issues. Erin served as an executive articles editor for the Annual Survey of American Law Journal. She was also an AnBryce Scholar.
Prior to law school, Erin worked as a paralegal at another global law firm in New York.

- Represented Avista Capital Partners in connection with the sale of a significant stake in Cosette Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company intended for women in dermatology and allergy, to funds managed by Hamilton Lane.
- Represented Kohlberg & Company in connection with the sale of a majority stake in Ground Penetrating Radar Systems (GPRS), a provider of private subsurface contractor services, to Roark Capital.
- Represented Surgery Partners, a Bain Capital portfolio company and a leading publicly-held healthcare services firm, with multiple financing transactions.
