Lauren Nickoloff joined Ropes & Gray as an associate in 2018 and practices in the leveraged finance group of the firm’s private capital transactions group. Her practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and public companies in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, asset-based financings, second lien credit facilities and high-yield bond offerings.
