Amy Ross is the chief of attorney talent at Ropes & Gray. In this global role, she oversees all aspects of attorney recruitment, development, training, retention, advancement, and key transitions including mobility and immigration. In this role, Amy works to ensure that the firm’s core values in all of the these initiatives provide opportunities to all of the firm's attorneys.
Amy is a member of the firm’s senior support leadership team. Before joining Ropes & Gray, Amy was a corporate associate at another international law firm, as well as a director at a non-profit organization. She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and Northeastern University School of Law.
