Neil Stocco joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2019.

During law school, Neil served as an executive editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy and participated in the Cornell Law Saginaw-Chippewa Disenrollment Clinic. Additionally, Neil served as an intern to the Honorable Barry T. Albin of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. 

Before attending law school, Neil worked as a corporate legal assistant at a New York law firm.

Experience

  • Represented a leading platform dental services organization in an out-of-court restructuring involving the deleveraging of its approximately $900 million capital structure, including through an equitization of approximately $300 million of senior secured obligations and the provision of a $75 million new money term loan facility.
