Jean-Christophe Urrutia-Calvet focuses his practice on private capital transactions. He regularly advises financial sponsors—including private equity firms, infrastructure investors, and sovereign and pension funds—on a wide range of transactional matters. These matters include leveraged buyouts, equity and quasi-equity investments, and management package aspects, as well as co-investments, secondaries and take-private transactions. He also provides general corporate advice to public and private companies and supports them in their M&A activities.

Jean-Christophe advises on transactions across diverse industries, including industrials, consumer, healthcare and life sciences, infrastructure, and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT).
