Valerio is an associate in the asset management group based in London. Valerio advises European and global asset managers on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds pursuing a variety of strategies including buyout, credit, infrastructure, and venture.
Valerio advises both sponsors and major institutional investors on a wide range of matters in the investment funds sphere including fund formations, primary investments, continuation funds and co-investments across a broad range of asset classes.
Valerio was previously in the investment funds practice of an independent law firm in Luxembourg where he gained expertise on Luxembourg funds’ structures.
