Luke Wetmore joined Ropes & Gray’s private equity transactions group in September 2023 and is based in the firm’s London office. Prior to joining the firm, Luke was an associate in the corporate transactions team at a leading global law firm in Sydney, Australia. Luke has experience advising private equity sponsors and corporate clients on both public and private mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters.
Luke has a Bachelor of Commerce (with distinction) and a Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) from the University of Sydney in Australia.
