Audrey Ziari joined Ropes & Gray in 2022 as an associate in the firm’s asset management group. She regularly assists fund sponsors in connection with formation, fundraising, governance, and ongoing compliance and operational matters. Audrey’s experience includes a wide range of investment strategies, including private equity, real estate, venture and technology.

During law school, Audrey served as an articles editor for the Brooklyn Law Review and was a member of the Brooklyn Law School Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. As a student clinician for the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic, Audrey represented startup companies and entrepreneurs with various matters related to incorporation and intellectual property protection. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Louis A. Scarcella of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
