On April 10 , litigation & enforcement partner María González Calvet will speak on a panel entitled “The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and International Anti-Corruption Developments 2024,” at the Practising Law Institute event in New York City.
The session will provide insight into proactively identifying risk, developing risk management processes, planning and managing internal investigations, and implementing effective compliance programs. Also included will be a review recent prosecutions and settlements by the DOJ and SEC and insight into how to effectively use data in investigations and compliance, and ethical issues in FCPA practice.
